We don’t know if we’ll see Trump in jail in 2023 but the odds do point to him being indicted before November of 2024. It’s now up to the DOJ – who authorized the raid on Trump’s home – to decide if charges should be brought so things don’t look good for the 45th President of the United States. The highly controversial January 6th committee (7 Democrats, 2 Republicans) thinks they have finally caught Trump, pinning him with four Federal charges including obstruction of an official proceeding of Congress, conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to make a false statement, and aiding an insurrection stemming from when the Capitol was breached when certifying the 2020 election.
